In 2018, I attended the OCEANDOTCOMM event held at the Louisiana Universities Marine Consortium (LUMCON). That science communication event challenged me to think of different ways to share stories of coastal optimism. Above is a video for one of the quilts I created from information gathered during two fieldtrips.

The title of this quilt is Flood Gate Protection for Terrebonne Wetlands.
